The latest technology to arrive in the garment printing business, Direct to Garment or Direct to Film is a solid choice when you need a short run or even a one-off decorations. On top of that, its CMYK output means unlimited colours and impressive photographic tones.
PRINT ON DEMAND
Transfers
Sharp, bold designs
Vinyl and transfer printing is best for individual prints like names or numbers, or when you want particularly uniform colours and textures. We recommend transfer when printing on sports kit, lycra, breathable fabrics, caps and more.
Sublimation
Full cover in full colour
Sublimation is the process of printing a digital film before heat pressing it into polyester based fabric. Incredibly high resolution colour prints are possible on a range of items from shirts and shorts to bags and bandanas.

Finishing
Complete your brand identity
We offer a full professional finishing and packaging service. To ensure your products are supplied ready for retail we can label, tag, fold, bag, box, whatever you need to suit your brand standards.
Labels
Woven Labels allow for a fairly high level of detail and can be produced to your specifications. Custom labels stitched into your garments give the finished item an more complete look.
Printed Labels are cheaper to produce and allow for more detailed artwork. The labels are digitally printed and can be fully coloured to include tints, gradients and even photographic artwork.
Direct Printing is the most cost effective method for labelling. The process is fast and just as effective as other methods but is recommended only for certain garments.
Printed Transfers are another versatile way of applying labels to your garments. They provide crisp clean lines and can be applied to a wide range of apparel.
Swing Tags can be supplied by you or produced in house, then attached to your products in a number of ways
Barcodes can be generated and applied as stickers to tags or outer packaging.
