What is GARMENT EMBROIDERY?
Machine embroidery is the art of recreating an image in threads. We digitize your design so that our machines can understand what stitch patterns and thread colours to lay down in order to build up a finished piece.
Due to the nature of the process it can sometimes be particularly tricky when trying to replicate small, abstract typefaces so some artistic alterations may be required to get the best finish.
The Embroidery process
1. The first, and most important step is to digitize the required design. The artwork must undergo a reinterpretation so that each part of the design can be accurately replicated in threads.
Our skilled digitizers identify the best thread patterns to use in order to get the best finished piece.
2. The second step is to select the right colours from our vast range of threads.
3. We run a test design so that it can be approved before the complete run is actioned. We can embroider clothing, caps, bags, even in hard to reach places. We can help!
